It seems that it can not put stars, but it deserves zero!. Shameful: since 5 May I have been leaving them around 40 euros for the purchase of 4 carburettor diaphragms for a stiga park combi. Since then never heard from again!!!! Once I call them and they tell me that three out of four have come from the supplier. Since then nothing. Speechless...I don't understand how it doesn't close! Look at the photos please. A receipt of 6 May for 98 euros, perhaps fulfilled... and that of 29.5 for 56.70 euros, certainly outstanding ........... I repeat: shameful. I'm bankrolling you!!!!! For 3 months! Shame

As far as my first experience is concerned, first of all I am satisfied with the great availability of all the staff; I had 2 "problems" with the miimo robot installed at the end of June and they have already done 2 interventions without hesitation and without charging me anything (it is it is also true that the interventions were carried out to modify the route, the perimeter wire). As for the product I purchased, I would say excellent, the technicians and installers of miimo are also very good. If they were all like this, it would be a real pleasure to shop. I gave 4 stars and not 5 for one reason only; in my case I had to pay everything before installing miimo and I don't find it very correct. A deposit is absolutely there but paying everything in full before, it had never happened to me. However, apart from this which is my thought, for the rest I can only speak well. I highly recommend buying in this store. monica
